“I Am Loving Awareness” was created with the intention to allow you to connect with your natural state of being harmonious with life, loving, & knowing that your awareness is a vehicle for love to spread in this world. Also useful for falling asleep & morning meditation.
People will tell me, "I can't meditate.
I just can't do it."
And I get it. Most are not taught how to meditate & no one
can do it for us. You have to go into yourself alone.
But that is why I love guiding meditation: the experience does not have to be black and white; right or wrong; in the dark or enlightened.
Meditation is not an act you carry out; it is the essence with
which you embody your physicality in spirit.
